
The Master, Wardens, and Brethren of Saratoga Lodge No. 14 invite all regular Master Masons carrying the usual proof of good-standing to our regular communication. Please use the “Bookings” section below to RSVP. If you have not registered through this website, then you will have to complete that process prior to booking your visitation.
Registration does not automatically permit attendance, but only informs the Master and Wardens of your intent to join the Lodge for the communication. As all Master Mason’s know there are certain proofs required before admittance the first of which is proof of good standing from a Grand Lodge recognized by the Grand Lodge,AF. & A.M. of Wyoming.
Registration automatically closes the day before the communication begins, please RSVP well in advance, and you may cancel at any time. Failure to attend, without 24 hours notice, is considered a late cancellation.
Dress Code
Lodge officers are required to be in a dark suit and tie, making themselves ready for the active duties of the lodge. Membership and visiting brothers are expected, unless special circumstance exist, to mimic the dress of the Lodge Officers according to their ability. All other persons may feel most comfortable dressed in business or business casual, so as not to “stand out,” but each person may elect to wear whatever they please providing that such clothing items are arranged in a modestly.
Traveling Party
Brother’s traveling as a group, which we sincerely recommend and prefer that each register individually.
Tyler’s Examination
Upon arriving all brothers unknown to the Master of the Lodge, or any Past Master present shall be subject to inspection by the Lodge Tyler; and, there is no appeal from his report to the Master. It is highly recommended that any visiting Brother who is unsure of the Tyler’s usual requirements to contact his Master or Secretary to be duly prepared by them to ease his admittance.
Visitor’s Log
Saratoga Lodge No. 14 respects and confirms many of the authentic usages of the Craft while also providing modern implementations. Upon entry into lodge, you will discover a logbook that all visitors are required to sign, this logbook once filled will be placed in the lodge archives. Next to the Logbook there may also be a device which allows you to confirm your visit. The information captured from the device is used to assist the Lodge’s Report on Visitation, which is added to the minutes of the meeting. Additionally, this data will be used to mail their home lodge secretary a proof of their visit.
Masonic Passports
All brothers seeking a physical entry for their masonic passport, must complete three separate tasks:
- RSVP through “Bookings” and confirm their attendance on the device,
- Enter their visit on the physical visitation log,
- Advise the Tyler of such request and await his response.
This requirement is to ensure that in all eventualities the brother’s record of visit maybe discovered.
Visitation of Foreign Brethren
Regular Brother’s, who suspect that they are entirely unknown to the Lodge, and whom are traveling from a far and who plan visit the communication may find it expedient for his Lodge Secretary to forward his visitation itinerary through his Grand Secretary to the Grand Secretary of Grand Lodge of A.F. & A.M. of Wyoming for final disposition by the Lodge at least a month in advance of his intended visit.
Privacy Policy
Saratoga Lodge No. 14 does not disclose user information to any third party, except those disclosures necessary for the private use the of the various software we have licensed. For instance, booking a registration automatically informs the Tyler of your plans and it populates the draft of the Report on Visitation.
